Booking Terms and Conditions

***By booking with Woodlands Pet Hotel you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions***
DEPOSIT AND DAYS CHARGED
We require payment in full at the time of booking which is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of date of arrival. A full payment confirms your agreement to our terms and conditions.
We are happy to accept payment in the form of credit/debit card or cash.
Both day of arrival & day of departure, plus all days inbetween are charged for. There will be no reduction in fees for late arrivals or early departures.
If a booking is shortened with 30 days or less notice of the original booking start date the total amount payable of the original booking will be charged.
For bookings cancelled with less than 30 day’s notice from the date of arrival the full fee will be required and must be paid.
Bookings cancelled prior to this will be issued with a full refund.
HEALTH AND VACCINATIONS
It is a legal requirement that your cat is fully vaccinated against Feline Influenza and Enteritis before coming to stay with us. A vaccination card must be shown at check-in as proof. All vaccinations must have been completed at least 7 days before your cat is due into boarding.
A condition of your cat’s stay is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition, guests are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, Woodlands Cat Hotel cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
If your cat should appear unwell whilst in our care, we will enlist the services of our Veterinary Surgeon, any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner and must be settled by the owner at check out.
Although Woodlands Cat Hotel makes every effort to ensure your pet remains in a secure and safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any lost/stolen pet.
In the unusual event your cat has not been collected within 14 days of the agreed check out date, and no communication has been received from the owner, a decision to rehome the guest will be made at Woodlands Cat Hotels discretion.
