Woodlands provides everything that your cat will need for its stay; bedding, food, litter, bowls, toys and a scratching post. However, you are welcome to bring anything you like to help your cat to settle.

We provide a variety of food but we are unable to provide prescription diets, if your cat is on one please bring it with you.

Your cat needs to be fully vaccinated against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Booster vaccinations are required every 12 months and an up to date vaccination card must be shown on arrival at Woodlands. Cats will not be allowed to board without one.

By law, and to avoid passing diseases, cats in any boarding establishment are not allowed to mix. Only cats from the same family are allowed to share a interlocking pen.

Payment for all stays will be taken on booking. 

In the unlikely event that your cat becomes ill whilst in our care we will contact our vet immediately and we will contact you on your emergency contact numbers. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner and must be paid at checkout.

The safety of our guests is of paramount importance which is why we have CCTV, keypad locks and there is someone on site 24 hours a day.

We are open for boarding 365 days a year however we are not open for collection or drop off on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day or Bank Holidays. 

Our opening times are between 9-11am for picking up and 2-5pm for dropping off. If you are outside of these times there will be a charge of an extra day added onto your booking.

We are able to give most medications; tablets, topical creams and injections. We are also experienced in caring for diabetic cats.

Yes, two cats can share a pen, so they can be together. We have interlocking pens for bigger families as well. Please contact us in regards to how many cats you need to board and how many interlocking pens you will need to book.

Yes…. Alternatively we are able to give flea and worm treatments here for a cost. All animals showing signs of fleas will be treated by us and will be charged to the owner upon collection.
